Readmissions Subgroup to the PMWG
In collaboration with key hospital, payer, consumer and other
stakeholders, HSCRC is convening a subgroup of the Performance Measurement
Workgroup during 2019 to develop updated pay for performance approaches for
reducing readmissions in Maryland to support the goals of the TCOC Model.
Specifically, this entails considering new approaches to evaluate Maryland
hospital performance relative to the nation, while at the same time affording the
State the opportunity to be aggressive and progressive in its program(s).
