Welcome to the HSCRC
The Maryland Health Services Cost Review Commission (HSCRC) is an independent state agency ensuring all Marylanders have access to high-value, affordable healthcare. We regulate hospital rates, advance health system transformation, and support the innovative Total Cost of Care Model and AHEAD Model to improve care quality, health outcomes, and cost-efficiency.​​​

NOTICE OF CHANGE OF DATE FOR JULY CLOSED AND PUBLIC SESSIONS
The HSCRC is rescheduling the July pu​blic meeting.  The July HSCRC Public Meeting will now be held on WEDNESDAY, JULY 30, 2025 at 1:00pm at the HSCRC Offices at 4160 Patterson Ave, Baltimore, MD 21215.  A Zoom link to participate virtually will be posted on the HSCRC homepage earlier that week.  Executive Session will be held immediately prior to public session at noon.​
